Barb Tayler
Barb is the owner of the Glass Store … and more! Barb has extensive experience in the service industry and quality customer service is her focus. As the buyer for the store, she selectively chooses products that offer extensive variety and good value for her clients. If you are looking for a product and cannot find it, ask Barb! Barb will research her resources and do her best to source it. Her bubbly personality radiates throughout the store and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for visitors. Barb is in the store Tuesday through Saturday.
Debbie Simpson
Debbie's background is in computer systems, acting as a liaison between clients and information systems. This has enabled Debbie to have an eye for detail and accuracy, as well as, a focus on customer service. She manages the day to day system work including the accounts payable/receivables. Debbie works in the store on Tuesdays and Sundays.
Linda Schnarr
Linda has worked in The Glass Store for over 6 years. Her extensive retail knowledge, along with her interior design qualifications enables her to help customers with decisions regarding home décor and wedding planning/accessorizing. Linda is in the store Thursday and Friday.
Mary-Anne Matthews
Mary-Anne's prior life was in the corporate financial systems world as a project manager. Her management and presentational skills have enabled her to initiate a corporate gift service for the store for which she is managing. She is also responsible for the design and creation of our website. Mary-Anne is a people person and can often be found in the store helping clients, even when she is not officially working!
Susan Trumper
Susan has been in the retail business for 22 years. With an in-depth knowledge of stemware and glass gifts, she can answer almost any question regarding the world of glass. Her knowledge and professionalism put her in a class of her own. Susan is in the store each Monday.
